The Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Center is a cherished community facility consisting of a 50m pool, a
25m learn-to-swim pool, and a resort-style leisure pool. This was coupled with providing the City of
Darwin with a sustainable income stream though the inclusion of retail spaces that include a gymnasium, a cafe, and allied health tenancies.
